German Fish

Another of the rarely caught Gigantica monsters. First capture since DF bought the lake was from Co's Point in October 2008 at 56lb by a German angler, hence the name.

Only 6 captures in the last 10 years make this a highly desirable target. It has come from Pole Position twice; once in 2010 at 62lb and again in 2016 at 76lb. The other captures have been 2014, from the Stink and 2015 from The Alamo at 77lb.

Judging by the last 2 captures the German is a realistic target in the summer, as Ali Hamidi caught her from The Alamo at 79lb and a german angler caught from the same swim at the same time of year in 2018. Obviously likes that side of the lake.

A tricky customer to try and track down, but one that is certainly worth the effort.
