Water Temperature – 17 degrees

The weather was mild and pleasant with fish being caught from the start with the impressive ‘The Virgin’ Common being caught at Lb 46.09 oz by Ronnie from the Stock pond swim on Saturday night. After becoming snagged ‘Barty’ our bailiff jumped in the boat and helped to free up the impressive common which Ronnie then landed.

Elliot in Oblivion was also in the action with the capture of a Lb 39.15 oz fully scaled mirror which fell from the bottom layer also late on Saturday night.

Both fish were caught from the bottom after the previous few week’s action coming mostly on 18ft zigs.

The next fish that graced the banks came from the Alamo on Thursday night for Declan who was rewarded with a Lb 31.00 oz Mirror which was also caught from the bottom using boilies.

Our best regards go to Ben and Johnathon who left mid-week and we hope that all went well with your journey back to the UK and with the situation at home and hopefully we will see you again in the future.
