Week Commencing: Sat 17/05/2014

One guy this week, with the whole lake to himself..... can you beleive it. 

Steve chose to fish in The Alamo after it produced plenty of cracking fish the week before but unfortunaltely due to a shoulder injury he couldn't reach the 29 wrap spot.  So found area's closer, but with the fish showing long it was looking tough.

After sticking with it for a couple of days it didn't look like the fish were going to move in close for him, so Steve went for a move into The Tree Line so he could fish within his comfort zone.  Friday morning and the move had paid off, when Steve landed the stunning Cheese at 47lb 8oz.  What an incredible fish and one that would make anyones holiday one to remember.   Well done bud.

I opted for Co's Point and on a cheeky little afternoon session and whilst writing the catch report from the swim I was rewarded with a new PB in the shape of Two Time weighing in at 57lb.  Happy days indeed.  The 28RL spot towards the bald spot on an IQ-D rig with a Gigantica special Banoffee wafter doing the business.
