Week Commencing: Sat 03/10/2015

Autumn is well and truly here, with the nighttime temperature dropping down to a rather chilly six degrees at night and with day time temperatures remaining at around sixteen degrees with plenty of rain during the start of the week. The sun made an appearance towards the end of the week making it feel quit pleasant.

Chris was in Alcatraz this week and fishing the 20rl wrap spot aiming in-between Big Southerly and The Stink. Chris landed two fish, the first on Monday morning a very pretty 28lbs mirror and then on Wednesday morning landing another mirror this time weighing 24lbs.

Gigantica bailiff Steve Rocke was fishing in Pole Position, fishing out to 27 wraps.  Over a 3kg bed of Spicy Active boilie and using Spicy Active Wafters on IQ D rigs.  Steve was rewarded on Tuesday morning landing a nice 34lbs mirror.

Over in Oblivion this week we had Nick Pinder. Nick was fishing 25rl wraps towards Baxter’s and 10rl wraps down his right hand margin. Nick was using IQ D rigs with Banoffee wafters over 3kg of boilie on both spots. On Tuesday morning Nick landed Bottom lobe, weighing in at 49lb 6oz. Nedless to say Nick was made up with this result.
